A popular dining spot for a tasty lunch option during a cycling road trip on 4 Jul is Dark Harbor Shop, accessible via a ferry ride from the mainland. Known for its delicious Reuben sandwiches and unique breakfast options like the Cheese Dream and Abby and Annie specials, this shop also offers a variety of ice cream flavors to enjoy with a view of the ocean from the deck. The atmosphere is lively with yacht and tennis club kids, making it a great place to experience island life and indulge in a Horse's Necktie ice cream treat to beat the summer heat.
