We really wanted to like this place, super close to our house and the first time we went was good. The last few times, everything was beyond wrong. We just waited almost 2 hours for them to come out to tell us they "missed our order slip" but they're going to make the food now and comp us, we weren't even that mad about it, just wanted to go home at that point. However when the food comes out, we're missing one of the things that was ordered and they added a sauce onto my burger that I had stated I was allergic to when ordered the meal. When I told them that it was on the burger, they told me "the best we can do is scrap it off, we can't make a new one". Clearly they don't understand how anaphylactic allergies work. They couldn't care less about it.
