I had an unexpected experience with a pizza that was undercooked, but when I reached out to express my concern, the response I received was beyond impressive. The level of service provided was exceptional, from the sincere apology to the swift resolution offered, making me a loyal customer for life. The subsequent pizza I received was superb, and the delivery person's refusal of a tip further exemplified the outstanding service this company provides.
