Living in Fairfax, I've found the Hummingbird to be the go-to for authentic New Orleans flavors like shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, and the unbeatable oyster po'boy. The friendly staff and warm, welcoming vibe make every visit feel like a little taste of Louisiana hospitality right in our own backyard.
