The food here is the best, and I have been going here for 16 years, but since the new owners took over, several years ago, the customer service has fallen off a cliff. I typically get carryout, and for the most part all is good. The last two times the order was incorrect, overdue and still not hot, and they offer no apologies for the fact that I had to drive back to get the missing item. Plus, they lost record of the item they owed me from a month back and the owner more or less called me a liar, in front of other customers, with no regard for the fact that he had a hostile customer. I will not be back!
