I visited for the first time, Gandolfo's 812 Frederick Street Hagerstown, Maryland 21740. I ordered 2 Pastrami on Rye Sandwiches, 1 Fries and 1 Medium Pepsi.
There is no nice way to say this, I was taken back with the poor quality of food. Garbage, basically is what it became. I was Leary on approach with no cars
in lot and no customers around area. I made my visit and purchase on Tuesday October 15, 2013 @ approximately 4:30 P.M. Total was $24.88.
Customer Service was fine. Area appeared to be clean. But the sandwiches were horrible. A easy to understand idea of what the sandwich was like,
trying to bite into a rubber tire between bread. Gristle all throughout sandwichs. One bite and pulling all the meat out of one half of the sandwich. Pulled at least a half of a sandwich worth of gristle varying in sizes from one inch pieces to three inch pieces, out of both sandwiches. Both sandwiches were consistent in quality, horrible.
I favor and have had many of Pastrami Sandwiches at different facilities, different states. This is by far the worst and grossest ever.
I think this will be my first and last visit to a Gandolfo's.
