I was there at the MedStar Visiting Nurse Association Annual Meeting/Awards ceremony. the food was excellent!! What was to be hot was hot and what was to be cold was cold. I particularly loved the Melba toast with what looked like a tomato, mozzarella cheese and maybe a Balsamic reduction. Please give me the name of that appetizer!! I just want to refer to it by name the next time we come out for our meeting.
