Popeyes on Martin Luther king Hwy. I ordered 44 pieces of chicken, and I was courteous enough to call the order in ahead of time. They gave me all legs and thighs no breast or wings. I specifically requested not to have any thighs if possible; a point I reiterated when I came to pick up the order. When I got to my family gathering in Ellicottt City, I discovered the agregious error. My family clowned the hell out of me saying that I must have gottten a good discount on this chicken, no white meat. I immediately called and told them about their mistake, and they apologized and told me I could come in and get the 10 to 12 pieces of white meat I was shorted. They took my name and gave me the name of the manager and employee on duty I should ask for. I have called them twice about this matter and was told nobody works here by those names, and we don't know what you are talking about. I was put on hold once for 15 minutes and finally just hung up. I have had problems in the past at this location usually for shorting me on the amount of chicken, but this really took the cake.
