The pizza truck serves some of the most incredible pizza I've ever tasted, with perfectly blistered crusts and vibrant flavors, especially with the fresh basil on the pepperoni. Supporting local businesses like this one is essential, and the delicious food makes the journey worth every mile. My recent visit to Ricciuti's brought back fond memories, with attentive service and cozy ambiance, even as I learned about its upcoming transformation; it will be missed by many.
