Spring Garden, formerly located on Seminary Road where Armand's used to be, has recently reopened. The relocation has unfortunately placed it out of my usual delivery area. Despite the move, this Chinese restaurant has been a long-time favorite of mine for both dine-in and delivery, offering consistently outstanding food quality.
