The food here was delicious, especially the baleadas and pupusas, which I found to be some of the best I've ever tasted. I also enjoyed the lengua tacos, the flavorful mondongo soup, and the carne asada, all served with authentic sides and friendly, fast service. The menu offers a unique blend of Latino fusion dishes from various countries, and the cozy atmosphere makes it a great place to share a meal with family.

The baleadas and pupusas at Perlas were outstanding, especially the revueltas pupusas which were a standout. The Lengua tacos were excellent as well, and the Mondongo soup with yuca, tripe, and corn was flavorful and comforting. The Latino Fusion menu offers a variety of dishes from different Central and South American cuisines, making it a great spot for a delicious and diverse meal.
