The staff at the @bayougators truck are warm and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere. It would be helpful if the menu board displayed prices for transparency. The Colfax gumbo was flavorful with a variety of ingredients, and the pecan maple brisket sandwich was a tasty choice, especially when opting for a platter without the sauce.
