Hey, so I really dig hanging out at Phil's Place because of April and Sara who run the show, and Matt and Kara who make sure everyone's having a good time. The other night was my second visit and it turned out to be a blast! The bar has this cool "Cheers" vibe and I'm definitely feeling it. The bartenders are super friendly and the whole experience just keeps getting better.
