02/27/2023 - Cancer patient
So after going through chemo today, and feeling very ill, I finally decided I needed to eat. Not wanting to fix anything for myself I ordered from Grub Hub. A BLT sandwich sounded good and 2 crepes. When I received my order there was no tomato on my BLT. I called and spoke to a woman who told me she was the manager, which I have a hard time believing. I was told that they have not had tomatoes in 2 weeks, so instead of letting me know this, they just sent me a Bacon and lettuce sandwich. When I asked, why they didn't call me to give me an option to cancel my order, I was told that they were too busy to call me. Well they weren't too busy to make my incomplete sandwich. I was told I should complain to Grub Hub, in which I responded that it is not Grub Hubs fault! Seriously, with responses like that, if you were really the manager you need to get fired because that is definitely not customer service. You have lost this Aberdeen customer and their family.
