Mistakes happen. I had spills, a torn bag and a missing item. I was not angry. I always order @$100 every time I order from Johnny's (on average @3 times a month if not more). The store called me to dispute, argue, and harass me about my missing item. If I was trying to get over on the restaurant I would have tried to get my over $100 back versus @$8. I am still in shock I was called by the restaurant treated like a criminal.
