This was my first order with SweetGreen and, needless to say, it was a most unsatisfactory experience. The order was provided with all correct information but never delivered after waiting over 1.5 hours, almost twice their estimated delivery time. You can't speak with a human being to inquire about the status of your order -- they direct you to a chat service that tells you they will get back to you in 24 hours via e-mail.

I realize mistakes occur, but this location has no way of correcting the mistakes. I will never use them again.
