The flavors here transport me back to authentic New York-style Japanese cuisine, with each bite-from the tender chicken teriyaki to the crispy fried dumplings-bursting with freshness and perfectly balanced sauces. The friendly staff and swift service create a welcoming atmosphere that makes every meal satisfying and well worth returning for again and again.

I usually pass 2-3 Japan Express restaurants just to get to the one on Crain Highway. The food is prepared excellently. But last Monday I stopped in for an order of Chicken Teriyaki and asked for noodles and vegetables. I got overdone chicken which was tough to eat and no vegetables. I hope this was just a one-time thing and I plan to give them another try.
