Went a couple weeks ago with 2 friends. The ambiance was nice. Starters came out in less than 10 minutes, and entrees didn't take too long either. I had the scallops, my friend had the pot roast. Food was delicious and service was attentive. Definitely will be going back.
03/20/2015 - Unconscionable......
My wife and I went to this establishment for dinner on 03/20/15. She had a bad day at work and just wanted to reIax with a few drinks and a good meal. I will summarize our night with a brief list:
1) Disorganized
2) Entrees were both missing key items (provided in a to-go container when we left!)
3) Second round of drinks never delivered
4) Server never came back to check on us
5) No remorse or genuine concern for their actions
6) Complete lack of communication from start to finish
We were not offered any consideration for this unconscionable incident. We paid the check in full and left a 15% tip. However, there are going to consequences starting with this review and finding as many social outlets as possible to discourage folks from supporting this business.
P.S. - This disappointment was not limited to our table. The folks behind us received their starter salads and entrees together and the table on the side of us complained about the toughness of the meat.
Bottom Line: Amateurs......
