My wife and I stopped at Friendly's South Weymouth today and sat at a table for a long time without any attendant approaching. We got annoyed and decided to leave. As we walked to the door a waitress who had been working tables at the other end stopped to inquire why we were leaving abruptly. I explained our disappointment and she sincerely apologized and pleaded with us to stay. She would personally address our order immediately. she directed us to a nice window table apparently in her service area.
Very soon our hot fudge sundaes arrived and we were very pleased. Her personal attention to our obvious annoyance had completely turned things around. She told us that her name is Jess. I hope you can tell her that her attitude does make a differences.
