My spouse and I thoroughly enjoy savoring delicious Cajun cuisine, and our recent experience at Springdale Lunch in Holyoke did not disappoint. The flavorful Chicken Gumbo and well-prepared Chicken with Crawfish í‰touffí©e and Blackened Tuna, paired with tasty cornbread, made for a delightful meal that we will happily return for. The cozy ambiance, fair prices, and fantastic owner/chef all contributed to making our lunch a truly enjoyable treat.
