Get over yourself, Tanner Tavern, and drop the pretense. You're a tavern, not fine dining, so lower your prices a bit or hire a chef who knows how to cook meat without turning it into the sole of a shoe. And risotto... Better start calling it rice if you're going to continue serving it the way you do because that's what it is. It's insulting to order risotto and receive hard, undercooked grains of rice alongside charred, dry lamb chops. What comes out of your kitchen is a crime. Don't even get me started on the lack of service. It's just so painfully obvious that everyone who works at Tanner Tavern hates their job.
