I ordered takeout from Matt's. The order was wrong so I sent a message to the Owner Matt Gurney. Here is the message that I got back and this is not a joke "Oh my.. someone made a mistake.,, I'll get the firing squad ready." This from the owner of the place. Is this what we are to expect for customer service? You decide. As we played text tag he went on to call me a Moron.
