Elan Bart's has the most delicious ice cream in a charming downtown area, and the prices are fair with friendly service. I've tried a bunch of their flavors and loved every one, especially the sea salt caramel and peanut butter paradise. Just a heads up, they sometimes run out of popular flavors like vanilla, but the experience is always great, and I can't wait to go back for more treats!
