The Baker has a very high standard for what he produces. He produces everything from scratch I presume. He probably doesn't skimp on product, He uses excellent quality flours, real butter, very good quality milk, and cream and it all comes together for the final product and that shows why his customers keep coming back over and over again. His business has grown rapidly. He drive from Rumford RI to visit my Cumadre Dorothy Lopes and we always go their for our delicous treats. I give him a 10+. The Baker beats any New York City Bakery that I visited while living there.
