I recently had a wonderful experience at Whoops! in Natick Mall, where Ivan provided exceptional customer service. The macaroons were delicious and I highly recommend them to everyone, especially as gifts. The staff at the store was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
