We have been to the Tavern on several occasions and last evening was our anniversary. We could not believe how the portions have shrunk, but prices remained the same or higher. Our plates were the size of a small salad in a square dish. Don't get me wrong, we are not enormous eaters , but my wife always enjoyed taking at least half her meal home. Also, the restaurant was not overly busy but our waitress seemed to want to hurry us along. We don't plan to return anytime soon as there are many fine eating establishments that serve excellent food at a fair price. I must add that the food was not anything that we will miss and shall pass It on.
