I've enjoyed the chicken Parma here three times, and it's always been cooked just right. The restaurant is small, so every time the door opens in winter, you feel that cold blast, and while the service is decent, the music is a bit loud, making it tough to catch the specials from our server, who had some trouble with English; still, I think I'll come back.
