If you're craving Cape Verdean cuisine, Luanda in Brockton is a solid choice. The service may be a bit slow, but it's always friendly and welcoming. The octopus dish is tasty, though I prefer it a bit crispier - but the flavors are on point. The portions are decent for the price, and the shrimp in heavy cream is a must-try. Give it a go if you're in the area!
