The service took a bit longer than expected, but we weren't in a rush so it didn't bother us. The food more than made up for it with generous portions and great prices, and the staff were accommodating to special food requests, which made the experience even better.

Owner needs to stop smoking while sitting on bench,close to restaurants front door! He must have something he can do to help the over burdened waitresses instead of just "micro-managing" puffing on his chain-smoking" right out in front.
Have management Use the AC , and at least circulate the air within.
Spruce up the plates with what is presented to patrons. Add some fresh fruit, a small side,whatever comes out needs to taste good and be presented attractively, also.
Charge a little more ,update your menu,increase portion size

I visited the restaurant today, 11/08/15,(my fathers birthday). It took all my inner strength to hold back tears. You see my father passed away in June of prostate cancer that had spread throughout his bones and organs. Before he went into the nursing home and was still able to walk, I asked him one day where he would like to go for lunch. He said I would like to go to the diner in Hull where I used to frequent. I said are you sure and he said yes Im sure. Thus we had our last breakfast out together. I proceeded to have my breakfast and noticed the coffee cups had the name Saltwater Dinner on them. At the end of my meal I asked the waitress if they sold the cups, to which she replied, no not usually (sensing my disappointment) she added but let me ask the manager. I couldnt have been happier. He gave me the cup free! I managed to get a few words out on why it meant so much and thanked the waitress and quietly left. Great bunch of people over there. My father (Hio, Quincy Clamdigger) and I really appreciate it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
