So, there's only this food option at the airport in McAllen, but it's not too shabby. The food is decent, nothing to write home about, but it'll fill you up. While I'd usually wait until a bigger airport for more choices, if you're stuck here longer than planned, you can grab a burger or sandwich to tide you over.
