Great food and service.

I visited El Arriero while passing through Medford and was impressed by the authentic food and friendly staff. The atmosphere of the restaurant really stood out to me. The service was excellent, the food was good, and the overall experience was enjoyable. I would definitely return if I find myself in Medford again.
