The Burrito Supreme from Ordaz's Taqueria is a delicious vegetarian option that I turned into a vegan delight by skipping the cheese and sour cream - yay for vegan burritos! The flavors and textures in their food are always on point, and the family running the truck adds an extra touch of warmth to the experience - I'll definitely be back for more of their tasty offerings!
