You have to care about the food you are serving. Rolls were not browned, salad with too much dressing, lemons served were brown. It's not very organized, tables not cleared timely. Seems resentful if ask for another table. I still tipped 25.00% because people should be paid for work. However, you should get quality food and service or what's the point of eating out.
