So, I was at Home Depot in Weston and feeling hungry when we spotted a food truck outside. We got an egg and cheese on pressed Cuban bread, and a traditional Cuban sandwich, both made quickly by a friendly guy who even asked if I wanted Mayo on my sandwich - a nice touch. The hibiscus mango drink was delicious, and the sandwiches really hit the spot, so if I come across this truck again, I'd definitely order from there. By the way, I grew up in Hialeah, so I know a good Cuban sandwich when I taste one. Enjoy!
