I'm thrilled that the office park where I work has a gym available. If you're in the Douglas Colonnade Office building, you can activate your card for access to the gym, making it convenient to squeeze in a workout before starting your day. The gym has a variety of equipment for cardio and strength training, as well as a small yoga studio with mats and other essentials. The locker room has basic amenities, though it could benefit from more showers to accommodate the busy lunchtime rush. Overall, I'm grateful for the gym facility and the opportunity to stay active during the workday.
