Always delicious!

For Christmas Eve dinner, I tried the Shredded Beef Enchilada, which had tender and flavorful meat. Additionally, I also sampled the Tamales and Chile Relleno Picadillo; the tamales were tasty but slightly dry, not the best I've had.
