Have dined here off & on since 1981. Haven't been disappointe until today. Slowest waitress I've ever been served by---waited 20 min. to order---was there for an hour for lunch---she charged $1.50 more for onion soup w/o saying I would be charged even though I did not ask for a bowl and just wanted a cup. I asked for pie selections, she said she'd see but knew they had pumpkin & pecan. I sais I didn't want either so she just brought the check w/o seeing if there were other kinds available. Had to flag her down to pay the check. there were no pleasantries, etc. Not what I'm used to at Brighton House---and I had brought a friend for their first time there of course.
