I was so upset from our visit to a&w. We like to take our dog out to dinner and a&w is the perfect place to enjoy root beer floats and burgers and ice cream with our dog. Unfortunately our experience was anything but enjoyable. The manager refused to serve the floats in glass and to serve the food on trays. So we ended up with floats and burgers on our laps and trying to feed our puppy her cone was a real challenge. The excuse they gave was that during the day that day it rained. We were under awning protection. They're trAys would not have been wet at all or the help. We've been to several a&w in the tri city area and have never had any experience quite like this. Bay city , standish, and other a&w always serve you with trAys and the floats in glass. Midland a&w needs to appreciate they're customer base.
