this is one of the worst restaurants I have ate in in a long time. I was shocked at how bad the resturant has become. it at one time was a geat restaurant at one time.

Every time Big Boy has a menu change, the quality of the food seems to suffer. We use to eat here a lot, but in the past year the quality of the food is wanting.

My wife ordered a meatloaf dinner and it was not a meatloaf bowl, the meatloaf was practically oats and fat, no consistency or taste. I had a breakfast bar and everything was either like rubber (eggs) or dried out and like hardtack
(french toast, and fried potatoes) I will give credit, the meat was not quite so dry, but somewhat edible.

Management needs be more present in the morning and to send someone in to check the food in the late afternoon. Sad to see this, this was one of the better places to eat.

I have always gone to Big Boy in the past years. Caro Big Boy is the one Big Boy that I have found so far to have excellent service. The staff is extra caring and I can tell they go the extra mile to make, we the customers extra happy. The owner makes sure the customers are happy as well. Always talking with them.....so we are regulars here and will continue to do so! Thank you for being so caring!!
