The food and atmosphere were great always. I have lived here most of my life and always enjoyed this business.
I will however make it a point to avoid this place for the rest of my life and will encourage everyone I know to do the same. Why? Because they hired a person to put up art on the walls and gave her authority to make up a rule: No one who lives outside of Tuscola County is allowed to show. They say that even though i have gone from k-12 there and have taught in their school district another 16 years that the moment I moved i am no longer considered part of them and refused to show my art work. I am waiting for the first exception they are happy to make. It is ridiculous to tell someone who lived there and worked there for 40+ years that they do not belong with them and refsue to show their art. Bad judge of character when picking someone to run this part of your business. I am a part of this community whether someone likes it or not - be it politics or jealousy or revenge etc. My opinion.
