Millington Inn is a local bar/restaurant where I enjoy the wings, burgers, and strong, cold drinks. The service is consistently friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience. The breakfast options, like the large omelets, are especially satisfying.

Food was only ok. Our waitress was totally out of it. She took our order, then visited with her grandmother instead of getting us our salads. She brought the salads when she brought the rest of the meal, AFTER we asked for them! We usually tip pretty good but this chick didn't get ANY tip from us. We decided maybe her grandmother could give her a tip!!!!!

the food was better 30 years ago its more of a bar than a resturant to many people drinking dont go there its not a family resturant unless you want to drink

I moved to Tennessee and there is no place in or around the area of Greeneville where I live that comes even close to the great food at Millington Inn. The pizza is the best and no matter what you order on the menu it is guaranteed to be good. Every time we come back to visit we have to stop in and eat.
