Im extremely discusted at this point.. Ive been to plenty of resuraunts and evsnw worked at a few but my bf and i are regulars at this ihop and im not exagerating one but when i tell u litterly the last 5 times we ate there every single time there was a hair in my food... This last time they have us a free meal ticket for it and we litterly decided were never eating there again... We aren't complainers.. Normally just bite our tongues but we are dpne with ihop... So disgusting...

I used to love to come to the IHOP in Mt. Pleasant. I don't know what has happened there, but recently it has been terrible. The employees are always goofing off in the waitress area, and I have waited to be seated for at least 5 minutes the last 2 visits. I think that I will now dine somewhere else, unless they get their customer service back on track! This place has really slipped, and yes I still enjoy the food, but not the service or the attention (or lack of) from the wait staff.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE SERVICE? My girlfriend and I went in and had to wait forever to be seated because the waitresses were too busy talking to eachother to take us to a table! We have gone there twice, and also I took my aunt there about three weeks ago and the same thing happened. I really do not recommend this restaurant for service anymore, it used to be top notch, now it is horrible! I think I will choose Bob Evans from now on! And it doesn't matter what time of day you go, breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it is all the same. Do not go there if you are wanting good service!

This place has the best service any where in Mt. Pleasant. I have been there 3 times now, and great service each time, and they make you feel at home. My favorite server is Amber, a young lady that always has a smile on her face! The managers are real nice also, they stop by your table to make sure that your food tastes good. IHOP has the best pancakes also. I really recommend this restaurant.

Every time I enter this building all I see are smiles on the employee's faces! It is so refreshing to go to a restaurant that actually cares about you and your needs! The food is always outstanding also, and very clean!
