I've devoured omelettes from every corner of the globe, trying countless variations and flavor combinations. But let me tell you, the western omelette at Cattle Run Cafe took the crown by a mile. The care and craft in each bite, the explosion of flavors - it's like a party in your mouth that you never want to end. I'm already counting down the days until my next visit!
