Received a Christmas gift card for this coffee shop and decided to stop by. Pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, it's a great spot for a quick coffee or tea on the go. The variety of coffees and bagels are enjoyable, and the option to take home freshly ground beans is a nice touch. Staff are always welcoming and the overall cleanliness and organization of the shop is impressive. The only improvement would be the addition of a drive-thru for added convenience. The barista was attentive and engaging, offering recommendations and ensuring our drinks were to our liking. While some specialty flavors may not be for everyone, the overall experience at this Biggby location is consistently enjoyable with its great coffee, friendly service, and welcoming environment.
