The food is great, however, I noticed no one was wearing plastic gloves.
Bare hands carry multiple germs. Even with the transmitting of COVID 19, bathroom breaks, etc., gloves ought to be mandatory when handling food with bare hands. Kitchen and seating area is nice and clean.
Need those gloves when touching food with hands, great policy to have, Thank You!
