The service at Full City Cafe was exceptional, and our group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our meals. My husband raved about his club sandwich, claiming it to be the best he's ever had. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff attentive, and the food delicious - a definite must-visit for breakfast or lunch in Portage.
