Terrible experience! Online menu advertised Gluten Free options, but they haven't had the GF grinder bread the last two times we've tried. This time was beyond tolerable! Called to order, first question if they had GF bread now, was told 'yes'!, they took our order (again stressing GF bread even with Chicken parm grinder), very explicit order! Father arrived (near closing) to pick up, and a different worker than on phone insisted he take the incorrect order; adamant the order couldn't have possibly been for GF because they do even offer that option! Being a non confrontational person he took the food (paid for over phone) and left. When he came back with a completely inedible dinner, we tried to call back repeatedly, all calls went unanswered. I hope they make this right somehow tomorrow, but likely Never letting them have a taste of our $ again!
