I will never go back to this location. I worked there for a summer with some acquaintances from my highschool back in 2007. I always arrived to work on time, never asked for days off, never asked to leave early, and always did what was expected of me and more. In the summer of 2008 they informed me they were not going to hire me back for the summer season. I was appalled. Why me when they hired everyone else back who would do no call no shows, call in "sick", work their shifts on drugs, and sit on the counters and eat the whole time they were there. I've come from a family that owns a local business in the food industry and they would never sink this low. I have yet to give them my business after all these years. Ron and Cheryl, in my eyes, don't know how to run an outstanding business.

I have been at this business many times. The selection is great and the prices are even better. I was always served promptly and the staff was always professional. The inside of the building is clean and orderly. I usually eat outside at the tables provided. I would recommend this business over Captain Sundae anytime.

I am appalled by this "restaurant". I went to order ice cream in the drive thru on a Thursday at 4pm. The location was not busy with only 4 vehicles in the parking lot and 5 in the drive thru. I waited over 15 minutes before I was even to the order post where I waited another 8 minutes before I asked, "hello?", to which I received a reply of "You will have to wait a couple more minutes please". So I waited another 4 minutes before I was able to order and then pulled up. If my kids weren't desperate for ice cream I would have pulled away before I even ordered. So I waited another 16 minutes before making it to the window to pay for my order. During this time my infant woke up and screamed the entire time I waited for my ice cream. I paid and was handed my ice cream. My order was not correct and missing ingredients that I paid extra for, not to mention it was already half melted when I received it. I told her what I was missing and asked why it was taking so long to receive ice cream. I received no answer and she walked away. When she came back she brought me my missing ingredients in a little cup and walked away again. I will never go back to this location. I could have gone to the store and purchased everything and made my own at home if I knew it would take this long. The wait time was unforgivable as was the rude service. I wouldn't recommend this ice cream store to anyone, especially after finding out shortly after that this location was the site of a gang shooting. Keep your kids safe and happy and take them to Dairy Queen or Captain Sundae.
