Growing up in the U.P., nothing beats the delicious, homemade-style pasties from the Pasty Oven.

Having spent a lot of time in the U.P., I grew up enjoying delicious homemade pasties made by my grandma and relatives. Despite their passing, we found the best pasties at The Pasty Oven - filled with fresh potatoes, onion, meat, and rutabaga in a light, flaky crust that tastes just like homemade. With a variety of options available, my go-to is always the traditional pasty with rutabaga, and stopping at the Quinnesec location off US 2 is a must for a truly satisfying experience.
