I enjoy visiting this Biggby in Monroe, especially in the mornings when the opening shift baristas are friendly and knowledgeable, making great drinks like the iced chai that I was hesitant to try elsewhere. The atmosphere is pleasant and clean, the coffee is outstanding, and although the menu is somewhat limited and prices are a bit high, the customer service and quality keep me coming back.

I highly recommend visiting this Biggby location in Monroe, especially during the morning shift. The baristas I've encountered were friendly, skilled, and made my experience enjoyable, from trying new drinks to enjoying their delicious offerings.
